Payment: Payment is due upon completion or as agreed upon contract. Accepted methods include credit cards, cryptocurrency, and cash.
2. Appointment Policies
Confirmation: Appointments will be confirmed by email, phone, or SMS.
Changes or Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
Delays: We will inform you of delays and reschedule promptly.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Safe Environment: Ensure a safe workspace for our technicians.
Utilities: Provide access to utilities (water, electricity) if needed.
Permits: Obtain necessary permits if required by law.
4. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty for services. Details will be included in your service agreement.
5. Liability
Property Damage: Insured for up to $2 million in general liability coverage.
Personal Injury: Covered under our $2 million general liability insurance.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in California courts.
